About Us
West Texas Rehab Center is dedicated to serving Crockett County and surrounding area through outpatient rehabilitation and hospice care. At our Ozona Clinic we provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy, employer services including drug & alcohol testing, WorkSTEPS Employment Testing, and hospice care through Hospice of San Angelo.
